BEGINNING at a point on the boauda~ line between land of Shelly Blamfeld and land
of Magnusson: Said point ofbeginnin§ being located az follows: from a monument at the
southerly terminus of the easterly line of Bayview Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE the following 4 courses and distances:
I. Along the southerly end of said Bayview Avenue, South 32 degrees 30 minutes
