To Whom tt May Concern:
1 am writing with regard to a previous letter received with regard to a shed that we had moved from our
side yard to the back yard to comply with a complaint made by my neighbor who resides on the left
corner of Pine Terrace in East Marion.
The shed was moved last year as per your request and we had 8 lovely arborvitae trees planted in its
place well into our property line. Unfortunately I have noticed that this same neighbor has been
coming onto our property and pruning these trees without permission. My husband and I do not
understand why he would try to destroy these beautiful trees. Without going into detail we have
tolerated much from this neighbor. He has written letters to you with regard to a dumpster and the
shed. After quite some years of tolerating this neighbor and his behavior we feel it is now time that we
write and have a letter of complaint on record with regard to this matter. Please contact us at your
earliest convenience to discuss or if you feel it is necessary please take a drive and investigate this
situation. Thank you.
