if any; in and to the land lying within the bed of Wobasso Street adjacent to the
subject premises on the east to the center line thereof, subject, however, to the
passage of others over WobassoStreet and subject to the right reserved by the part
of the first part to dedicate Wobasso Street to the Town of Southold as a public
highway.

if any, in and to the land lying within the bed of Nokomis Road adjacent to the
subject premises on the south to the center line thereof, subject, however, to the
passage of others over Nokomis Road and subject to the right reserved by the party
of the first part to dedicate Nokomis Road to the Town of Southold as a public
highway.
TOGETHER with and subject to the right to the use of the roadways within "Laughing
Water" and to the beach or strand of Hog Neck Bay jointly with other owners of
premises at "Laughing Water".
TOGETHER with a right to the use, in common with others, of the playground,
beaches, Muskoday Bridge and the Marina, together with access thereto, subject
