Land & Development Corp. and land now or formerly of Burt; running thence along said northerly line of Middle Road South 660 09 ' 10" West, 220. 0 feet; thence along other land now or formerly of H. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: C BEGINNING at a point of deflection in the northerly line of Middle Road, 836. 70 feet westerly along said line from the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Burt; running thence along said Middle Road South 660 09 ' 10" West, 110 feet; thence along other land of 011ian E. Gildersleeve North 20° 57 ' 50" West, 202. 56 feet to the southerly line of Homestead Way; thence along said Homestead Way two courses as follows : (1) North 660 09 ' 10" East, 60 feet, and (2) North 69° 02 ' 10" East, 50 feet; thence South 200 57 ' 50" East, 200 feet to the northerly line of Middle Road to the point of beginning. This excepted and reserved parcel being the same premises described as PARCEL II in the deed of 011ian E. Gildersleeve to Edgar 0. Gildersleeve dated November 10, 1970, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office in Liber 6837 of Deeds at page 249. 011ian E. Gildersleeve died on July 17, 1994 . Letters Testamentary for the Estate of 011ian E. Gildersleeve were issued by the Suffolk County Surrogate 's Court on September 27, 1994, to Bert E. Gildersleeve and Joyce Gildersleeve Orrigo as Co-Executors of said Estate. This deed is intended to convey all real property owned by 011ian E. Gildersleeve at the time of her death.
