Quitclaim Deed - Individual
THIS INDENTURE made the ]~ day of ~$7~ ,2011, between
Solomon Haselnuss, residing at 45 Osprey Nest Road, Greenport, County of Suffolk, Town of
Southold, State of New York ! 1944, Party of the first part, and
Solomon Hasetnuss, residing at 45 Osprey Nest Road, Greenport, County of Suffolk, Town of
Southold, State of New York 11944, as Trustee of the Solomon Haselnuss Personal Residence
Trust under agreement dated August ~ 2011, Party of the second part,
WlTNESSETH, that thc Party of thc first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the Par~y of the second part, do hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the Party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the Party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New Yoriq and described as Lot Number 1 and 30
(Boat Slip), on a certain Map efltifled, "Map of Section 1, Cleaves Point", filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk at Riverheack New York, as Map Number 2752 on September
10, 1957, said Lot 1 being bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Osprey Nest Road distant 160.00 feet
easterly fiom the comer formed by the inter~ection of the easterly side of Osprey Nest Road with
the southerly side of Osprey Nest Road;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the southerly side of Osprey Nest Road North 56
degrees 37 minu~s 10 second~ F.a~t 75.00 feet to land now or formerly of Paulisen'
THENCE along said land South 33 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East 150.00 feet;
THENCE South 56 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds West 75.00 feet;
THENCE North 33 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West 150.00 feet to the southerly side
of Osprey Nest Road and the point or place of BEGINNING;
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated July 13, 2007, recorded August I, 2007 in Liber D00012516, Page 133.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party, of the first part in and to
any f~treets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appunenanc.~ and all the estate and fights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
