and Trusts Law, and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND
($135,000.00) dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

OF SUFFOLK AND STATE OF NEW YORK BEING MORE PARTICULARLY BOUNDED
AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
EGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF FOURTH STREET WHERE THE
SAME IS INTERSECTED BY THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF
THOMAS AND SUSAN TOMASELLI; SAID POINT OF BEGINNING BEING ALSO DISTANT
100.11 FEET SOUTHERLY AS MEASURED ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE OF FOURTH
STREET FROM THE CORNER FORMED BY THE INTERSECTION OF THE WESTERLY
SIDE OF FOURTH STREET WITH THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF BROWN STREET;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Clarence Goldsmith and Bessie
A. Adams a/k/a Bessie A. Goldsmith, both deceased, by deed dated January 26, 1956 which deed
was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 6, 1956 in Liber 4066
page 60.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in w
said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey '
or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
