EHI.I~.RS LAND SURVEYOR Addendum to Plans 130 Rogers Road Permit#: '3 ¢ ~ ~'/c~ Contact: Jeff Caravella Phone: 646-246-5518 February17, 2012 - Per my discussion with Connie Bunch on Monday, February 13th, I am providing notice that I plan to update the bathroom located on the Ist floor of 130 Rogers Road. This update is an addendum to the existing plans for the permit listed in the title. This bathroom update will include: · Updates to all fixtures, including toilet, sink, vanity and shower · Replacement of existing tile floor · Replacement of drywall No structural alterations to the footprint are planned to the bathroom and existing plumbing will remain in the same place once the bathroom update is complete. Existin£ 1st Floor Bathroom Floor Plan (Bathroom in Red) FEB 1 7 2012 BLDG. DEP'L ]'OWN OF SOUTHOLD Original Scope of Work: · Demo existing upstairs and downstairs bathroom (approx SO sq feet) · Update fixtures (Toilet, Sink, Shower, Shower Fixtures, Vanity) · Install tile floor Chanl~es to Scooe of Work: Upon removing the tile floor in the upstairs bathroom it was discovered that there was damage to the floor as a result of water damage and it was noticed that the floor was sagging underneath as a result of a joist that had been cut to make room for a pipe. It appeared from newspaper found in the wall, that the work was completed in May 1960. There was also additional water damage in the room below that required me to remove the existing drywall (former dining room). The current plan is to replace the ceiling and walls in the former dining room with drywall when the upstairs bathroom project is completed. Through this work the following was advised: · Sagging floor would need additional reinforcing · Electrical that runs to the bathroom would need updates No other structural work involving plumbing or electrical is planned at this time.
