WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

RUNNING THENCE along the said land now or formerly of Tyrer,
South 62 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds West 118. 23 feet to land
now or formerly of Dorothy Baretown McCann;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, North 25 degrees 19 minutes
50 seconds West, 75 . 06 feet to a monument and land now or formerly
of F. Davis, Jr. ;
RUNNING THENCE North 62 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East along
said last mentioned land, 115 . 20 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated October 22 , 1990 recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November
9, 1990 in Liber 11170 page 051:
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
TAX MAP premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
DESIGNATION second part forever.

1000 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
