The new concrete foundation walls were poured 8" thick with anchor bolts for sill plates. The tie holes in the concrete walls were parged and the foundation walls and footings were dampproofed below grade. Strapping was provided from sill plate to box beam, box beam to studs and studs to window/door headers (over plywood wall sheathing). All rafters were strapped to top wall plates with hurricane clips.
