Grantee is to notify the party of the first part in writing BY CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN ,RECEIPT REQUESTED of any offer of purchase grantee has accepted. Within fifteen days of the party of the first part's receipt of said written notice of the offer of purchase, the party of the first part shall notify the party of the second part in writing of her intention to exercise the said right of first refusal. The party of the first part shall then have a reasonable period of time to close. This right of first refusal shall be deemed waived in the event the party of the second part does not respond to the written notice of purchase within thirty days of grantee's mailing of the notice to the party of the first part, as set forth above.
