Should bids for each grade be accepted, THE TOWN MAKES NO REPRESENTATION AS TO HOW MUCH OF EACH GRADE WILL BE CONSUMED during the contract year. In submitting bids, the bid prices shall be based upon Northville Refining Rack price to which has been added the delivery cost per gallon.
