WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as Lot No. 93 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores
at Greenport, Section 3", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on September 27, 1965, as Map No. 4475, being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Moore's Lane North distant 474.99
feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side
of Moore's Lane North with the southerly side of Inlet Pond Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West, along the northerly
side of Lot No. 92 on said map, 150 feet;
THENCE North 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West, along the easterly side of
Lot No. 86 on said map, 110 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds East, along the southerly side
of Lot. No. 94 on said map, 150 feet to the westerly side of Moore's Lane North; ar
THENCE South 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds East, along the westerly side of
Moore's Lane North, 110 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated February 7, 1994 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on March 2, 1994 in Liber 11666 at page 691, corrected by
Correction Deed dated April 22, 1994 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on May 18, 1994 in Liber 11677 page 244.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION

1000 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
