RAPHAEL VINEYARDS: (Pre-submission) If the building is to be a street
building, the ARC recommends that the design and matedal be changed so as
to be compatible with the existing structures along the read. If the proposed
design and material are to remain, the structure should become a stand-alone
building, placed at least 500 feet from the road amidst the greapes.
DZUGAS - SMITH WINERY: (Pre-submission) The Committee, following an
on-site inspection, recommends that the building be sited 220 feet or more from
the read. The "lean-to" addition should be eliminated by incorporating it into the
structure. If this is not feasible, the lean-to should be moved from the north
side to the Southeast corner of the South side or to the Southeast corner of the
East side.
