ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
January 18, 2000, 4:30 P.M.
The ARC met at Town Hall, Members present were:
Robed I. Brown, Co-Chairman
Garrett A. Strang, Co-Chairman
Robed W. Keith, Secretary, Mattituck
Sanford Hanauer, Mattituck
Howard Meinke, Cutchogue
Yan Rieger, Greenport
Also present was Robert G. Kassner of the Planning Board Staff
Moved by Robert Brown and seconded by Sanford Hanauer, it was RESOLVED
to APPROVE the MINUTES of the meeting of November 24, 1999.
SHADY LADY INN (365 North Road, Greenport- Robert Brown recused himself).
The Committee reviewed the plans, learning that the siding would be
Cedar Impressions, perfection or half-round for accent, in white with white trim
and Tamco Frederick roof. The signage will not change. Moved by Howard
Meinke and seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to recommend
APPROVAL as presented.
Vote of the Committee: Ayes all.
PREMIUM WINE GROUP (County Road 48 at Cox Neck Lane, Mattituck)
The Committee reviewed the proposed signage. Moved by Robert W.
Keith and seconded by Howard Meinke, it was RESOLVED to recommend
APPROVAL. ~
