ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
June 26, 2000, 4:00 P.M.
The ARC met at Town Hall, Members present were:
Robed I. Brown, Co-Chairman
Garrett A. Strang, Co-Chairman
Sanford Hanauer, Mattituck
Robed Keith, Mattituck, Secretary
Yan Reiger, Orient
Also attending were Robert G. Kassner of the Planning Board staff as well as
Daniel Serota and Burton Seelig of the Serota Organization.
Moved by Yan Reiger and seconded by Sanford Hanauer, it was RESOLVE D to
APPROVE the MINUTES of the meeting of June 1, 2000.
GULF SERVICE STATION (Main Road at Bayview Road, Southold) Garrett
Strang recused himself.
Moved by Robert Keith and seconded by Sanford Hanauer, it wes
RESOLVED to recommend APPROVAL subject to the CONDITIONS that a flat
roof be used on the bumpout to the rear of the building and that the proposed
signage be submitted for review.
Vote of the Committee: Ayes all.
KING KULLEN SHOPPING CENTER (Main Road - Cutchogue)
Moved by Garrett Strang and seconded by Sanford Hanauer, it was
RESOLVED to TABLE consideration of the proposed front facade until an onsite
meeting to be held at 4:30 on June 28.
Vote of the Committee: Ayes all.
