ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
August 17, 2004
The ARC met at the Town Hall Annex at 4:00 p.m. Members present were:
Robert I. Brown, Co-Chairman
Sanford Hanauer, Mattituck
Nicholas J. Planamento, Southold
Ronald McGreevy, Mattituck
Howard Meinke, Cutchogue
Robert Keith, Mattituck, Secretary
Also present was Bruno Semon of the Planning Board staff.
Moved by Robert Brown and seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to
APPROVE the MINUTES of the meetings of June 15 and August 3, 2004.
Vote of the Committee: Ayes all.
FISHERS ISLAND CLUB TENNIS PAVILION (East End Road - Fishers Island)
Moved by Howard Meinke and seconded by Nicholas Planamento, it was
RESOLVED to APPROVE the APPLICATION for this 954 Sq. Ft. building of
shingled roof and siding SUBJECT to a review of catalogue cuts of the exterior
lighting fixtures, design of the handrail for the steps, signage, as well as the
material and location of the roof penetrations.

SANG LEE FARMS (North Road - Peconic)
Moved by Robert Brown and seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to
APPROVE the APPLICATION for a 5670 sq. ft. steel farm storage building
SUBJECT to a review of catalogue cuts of exterior lighting and samples with
colors of the roof, siding and trim materials.
Vote of the Committee: Ayes All.
CHRIS MOHR LAWN AND LANDSCAPE (North Road - Cutchogue)
Moved by Sanford Hanauer and seconded by Ron McGreevy, it was RESOLVED
to TABLE the APPLICATION for a 2080 sq. ft. steel storage building awaiting
plans prepared by a design professional, colors of the proposed and recently
approved buildings and catalogue cuts of the exterior lighting.

next meeting.
The following information is to be submitted to the Architectural Review ComSmttee after the
Planning Board notifies you in writing that the application is acceptable The Planning Board

Notations as to the type of building construction, proposed occupancy or use and the
location of fire separation walls (if it projects beyond the building envelope).
Floor pla~s drawn to scale (1/4" = 1' preferred)
Elevation drawings to scale of all sides of each building (1/4" = 1' preferred) The

Type and coIor of roofing - include sample
Type and color of'siding - include sample
Type of'windows and doors to be used, materi'A and color oI'all

Type and color of trim material - include sample
Rendering of building if possible

locations of all equip[nent i.e., heat pumps, air conditioning compressors, etc on pi,ms

Type and locations of all roof-mounted mechanical equipment
Type and locations o£all mechanical equipment, plumbing and/or attic venting through
roof or building sidewall
Type, color and style of proposed ransom7 mater/al for chimneys or accent walls -
include samples or photos.
Details, color, type and style of any proposed ornamentation, awnings, c~mopics or
tents

project site, if possible
