Brown, Co-Chairman Sanford Hanauer, Mattituck Nicholas J. Planamento, Southold Ronald McGreevy, Mattituck Howard Meinke, Cutchogue Robert Keith, Mattituck, Secretary Also present was Bruno Semon of the Planning Board staff. Moved by Robert Brown and seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to APPROVE the MINUTES of the meetings of June 15 and August 3, 2004. Vote of the Committee: Ayes all. FISHERS ISLAND CLUB TENNIS PAVILION (East End Road - Fishers Island) Moved by Howard Meinke and seconded by Nicholas Planamento, it was RESOLVED to APPROVE the APPLICATION for this 954 Sq. Ft. building of shingled roof and siding SUBJECT to a review of catalogue cuts of the exterior lighting fixtures, design of the handrail for the steps, signage, as well as the material and location of the roof penetrations. vote of the Committee: Ayes All. SANG LEE FARMS (North Road - Peconic) Moved by Robert Brown and seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to APPROVE the APPLICATION for a 5670 sq. ft. steel farm storage building SUBJECT to a review of catalogue cuts of exterior lighting and samples with colors of the roof, siding and trim materials. Vote of the Committee: Ayes All. CHRIS MOHR LAWN AND LANDSCAPE (North Road - Cutchogue) Moved by Sanford Hanauer and seconded by Ron McGreevy, it was RESOLVED to TABLE the APPLICATION for a 2080 sq. ft. steel storage building awaiting plans prepared by a design professional, colors of the proposed and recently approved buildings and catalogue cuts of the exterior lighting.
