The minutes for the October 24, 2007 meeting xvere approved.
The committee meeting dates have been scheduled for the 2008 calendar year and approved.
Nexv Applications:
SEIFERT CONSTRUCTION SCTM #1000-141-3-44
Fred Seifert & John Seifert, Owners and Patricia C. Moore, Esq. presented the application.
Ural Talgat recused himself of this application.
APPROVED: Pending submission of cuts of the wall-mounted outside lighting fLxtures to
be used on the building. The comamttee would prefer to see a more traditional style lighting
fixture used. Submission of the proposed style of the street sign with proposed hghtmg cut.
Submission of the proposed grill styles on the front door and windows. The committee
would prefer to see a more residential style double hung window used. Submission of
materials/color samples or a letter indicating specific materials/colors being used on the
structure. Fencing cuts and dimensions if a new fence is proposed in the front of the
property.
MOTION MADE: Howard Meinke; SECOND: Elizabeth Thompson. All in favor.
HALF HOLLOW NURSERY SCTM #1000-125-3-8 & 10
Charlie Scheer presented the application.
APPROVED: Pending submission of revised site plan with even more screening around the
new building that depicts the plant species, location, height and spacing of the screening.
The committee does not approve the agricultural structure. In the future, any proposed
structures should coincide with the current barn like structures that are on the site.
MOTION MADE: Ural Talgat; SECOND: Howard Meinke. All in favor.
Revisited Applications:
BLUE DUCK BAKERY SCTM #1000-63-3-12
APPROVED: Thc committcc fully endorses the revised application as it xvas shown today
depicting the requested revisions made at the October meeting.
MOTION MADE: Ural Talgat; SECOND: Nicholas Planamento. All in favor.
Pre-Submission Applications:
HUDSON CITY SAVINGS BANK PLAZA SCTM#: 1000-122-3-1.2, 2~ 5.1 & 17
Dan Mooney, Esq. presented the apphcafon.
APPROVED: Pending a revised site plan sho~ving a minimum 512 roof pitch on the two-
story office building; front entrance(s) on the two-story building as it relates to the street; the
two-story building should have a sirrfilar design as the bank building for example, adding
cross gables; photos submitted of the surrounding areas.
MOTION MADE: Elizabeth Thompson; SECOND: Sandy Hanauer. All in favor.
A motion xvas made to close the meeting at 6:00pm. Ail in favor.
