The minutes for the January 21, 2010 meeting were approved.
Introduction:
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials
samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee.
The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion
with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the
Plarming Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for
that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together
with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a
comprehensive written list of its requested revisions.
New Application:
· CARRUCCI AGRICULTURAL STORAGE BLDG. SCTM #1000-108-2-5.1
Tamara Sadoo, Town Planner presented the project to the committee.
The Committee does not approve the architectural style or the exterior colors of the
storage building as submitted. The architecture for an agricultural storage building
should follow the "character" of the recent submissions of storage buildings depicting a
barn shape with a gable roof and cupola.
The Committee is recommending landscape screening of the storage building on all
sides that face a public road.
Motion made and seconded. All in favor.

The Committee approves the project as submitted today.

Tamara Sadoo, Town Planner presented the project to the committee.
The Committee approves the project as submitted today depicting a white wall color
with a green roof color and a cupola.
Motion made and seconded. All in favor.
A motion was made to close the meeting at 4:50p.m. Ail in favor.
