Insulate bathroom stud wall and roof rafter cavities with icynene foam.
Roof
Redo whole roof with slate to match existing and new lead-coated copper
flashing. Follow installation instructions as outlined in "Slate Roofs," Vermont
Structural Slate Co.
HVAC
1. Install new hydro-air heating & cooling throughout the house.
a. New boiler in basement
b. 2 zones: 1st floor & 2® floor
c. Condensers to go at east end of house, preferably near the shed.
d. One air handler in basement, one in attic.
2. Remove existing radiators & repair floors & walls as necessary.
Crawl Space
1. Coat ground & inside of walls with Neutocrete.
