WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being irrth,at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Bayview Road,
which point is the southeasterly corner of the premises about to be
described and the southwesterly corner of land of Kenneth L. Hohl and Carol
M. Hohl as described in deed dated May 2, 1999 and recorded in Liber 11964
Page 231; running thence along the northerly side of Main Bayview Road
North 630 17 ' 20" West 95 .27 feet to land now or formerly of Francis Akscin
and wife; running thence along said last mentioned land North 300 36 ' 10"
East 882 .34 feet; running thence still along said last mentioned land and
land now or formerly of Russell A. Pellicano South 69° 26 ' 50" East 768 .33
feet to land now or formerly of Edward R. Deutsch and Eileen E. Deutsch the
following two (2) courses and distances: (1) South 220 24 ' 30" West 152 .25
feet; and (2) South 220 16 ' 40" West 197.92 feet to land now or formerly of
Raymond Jay Akscin and Rudolph J. DeHaan; running thence along said last
mentioned land the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 690
26 ' 50" West 470 . 88 feet; and (2) South 300 36 ' 10" West 395. 13 feet to
land now or formerly of Kenneth L. Hohl and Carol M. Hohl; running thence
along said last mentioned land the following three (3) courses and
distances : (1) North 630 17 ' 20" West 75 . 00 feet; (2) North 730 07 ' 55"
West 180 .36 feet; and (3) South 29° 49 ' 30" West 138 .24 feet to a point on
the northerly side of Main Bayview Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated 5/2/96 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on 5/3/96 in Liber 11772 Page 574; by deed dated
TAX MAP 5/2/96 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on 5/3/96 in Liber
DESIGNATION 11772 Page 576; and by deed dated 5/7/99 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on 5/21/99 in Liber 11964 page 230 .

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
