BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly boundary line of land of Williat
H. Braun and Robertina Braun, his wife, at the point where said boundar,
line is intersected by the northerly line of a 50 foot private road
known as "Clark Street" , said monument being North 82 degrees 48 minute:
West 167 .90 feet along said northerly line of Sixth Street, from said
point of beginning;
RUNNING along the direct extension southerly of said easterly boundary
line, South 6 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 12 .50 feet to an iron
pipe on the northerly line of a 25 foot private road;
THENCE along said northerly line of said 25 foot private road, North 83
degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West 87 .50 feet to an iron pipe on the

Being intended to be the same premises conveyed to Robert Strong and
his wife, Nancy Strong and Arthur Riegel and his wife, Joan Riegel by
deed Liber 9232 cp 444.
Said Robert Strong died on May 31 , 1988 leaving as his sole heirs and
next of kin Nancy Strong, Wendy Strong and Amy Strong.
Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receivethe consideration forthis conveyance and will hold the rightto receivesuch consideration as a trustfund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
