WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpart, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Second Street which point
is distant 50.0 feet southerly from the intersection -formed by the westerly
side of Second Street and the southerly side of North Street; running thence
along said Second Street South 6° 47 ' East 56.45 feet to land now or formerly
of Quarty; running thence along said land South 83° 15' 30" West 100.0 feet
to land now or formerly of Golden; running thence along said land North 6° 47'
West 56.44 feet to land now or formerly of Bolling; running thence along said
land North 830 14' 50" East 100.0 feet to the westerly side of Second Street
and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premiss conveyed to the party of th'P,
first part by deed dated February 21, 1974, and recorded in Suffolk County\C]:Erk',

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
