party of the first part, and LOUIS S. SACHS and JANE G. SACHS, his wife,
both residing at 20335 West Country Club Drive, Aventura, Florida,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and de—
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Main Street 39.0 feet
northerly along said line from the northerly line of Front Street,
said point being the northeasterly corner of land of Lang and the
southeasterly corner of the premiges herein described; running then(
along said land of Lang, South 84 03' 20" West, 33 .0 feet to land
now or formerly of Morell; thence along said land of Morell and alo)
land of unknown owner, North 8 03' 20 West, 26.31 feet to land of
Levine; thence along said land of Levine, North 830 20' 20" East,
33 .47 feet to said westerly line of Main Street; thence along said
westerly line, South 7° 01' 20" East, 27. 11 feet to the point ,or,
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the sel' er.,
if any, of, in and to the right of way bounding the premises the
west to Adams Street.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that conveyed to?"the:
party of the first part by deed dated December 3, 1976 and recorded

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and

LOT AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,hereby covenants that the party
019.001 of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
