THIS INDENTIJRE, made the 4th day of August , nineteen hundred and ninety—€ous BETWEEN ACHILLES RENZULLI and KATHERINE RENZULLI, husband and wife, both residing at no # Westwood Lane, Box 724 , Greenport, New York, 11944 party of the first part, and ALFRED HARBICH and LIESELOTTE HARBICH, husband and wife, r4 both residing at 508 New Hyde Park Road, New Hyde Park, New York, 11040 party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the part, of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, .lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 82 , on a certain map entitled, "MAP OF EASTERN SHORES AT GREENPORT, SECTION 2" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 10, 1965 as Map No. 4426. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated June 26 , 1982 recorded on July 7 , 1982 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 9208 of conveyances at page 7 . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the TAX MAP second part forever.
