RUNNING THENCE along the last mentioned North 14 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds
West 125.6 feet to the southerly line of land now or formerly of Parks;
THENCE along land last mentioned North 73 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East 43.46
District feet to land of Walker;
1001 THENCE along land last mentioned South 15 degrees 80 minutes East 127.0 feet to
a point in the northerly line of Central Avenue;
Section THENCE by and with the northerly line or side of Central Avenue South 75 degrees

the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
