party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
N�s� ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Wiggins Street distant 166.06 feet
westerly as measured along the northerly side of Wiggins Street from the
intersection of the northerly side of Wiggins Street. with the westerly side of
Third Street, said point and place of beginning also being where the division
line between the within described premises and land now or formerly of R & A
McCaughey intersects the said northerly side of Wiggins Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Wiggins Street, North 88 degress 22
minutes 30 seconds West 49.0 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Nelson, North 0 degrees 40 minutes 10
seconds West 128.33 feet to land now or formerly of Constantopoulos;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Constantopoulos North 85 degrees 14 mitiuEes
40 seconds East 44.50 feet to other land now or formerly of R. & A, McCaughey
formerly of Speedling;
THENCE along other land now or formerly of R & A. McCaughey formerly of Speedling,
the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. South 4 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East 89.72 feet;
2. South 1 degree 37 minutes 30 seconds West 44.00 feet to the northerly side of
Wiggins Street, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part herein by deed dated 6/19/86 and recorded in the office of the Suffolk
County Clerk on 6/24/86 at Liber .10066 Page 32.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises Herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment`of•th'�icost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture 5o requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
