WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ��

bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a 15 foot right of way, South 87
degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East 145.0 feet and then South 82 degrees 48
minutes 40 seconds East 118.90 feet along said northerly line from the
easterly line of Fourth Street, said point of beginning being the southeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of Andreeff;
FROM SAID POINT of beginning running along said land, North 2 degrees 39 minutes
40 seconds West 90.65 feet to land of Long Island Railroad Company;
THENCE along said land of Long Island Railroad Company, North 84 degrees 16
minutes 40 seconds East 100.0 feet to land now or formerly of Wilmott;
THENCE along said lands the following two courses:
(1) South 5 degrees 43 minutes -20 seconds East 63.27 feet;
(2) South 7 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West 50.0 feet to said northerly line of
said 15 foot right of way;
THENCE along said northerly line North 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West
96.10 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over 15 foot right of way, above, from the
southeasterly corner of the premises about 360 feet to Fourth Street;
TOGETHER WITH a right of way over' said 15 foot right of way from the southeasterly
corner of the premises easterly about 80 feet to Greenport Harbor, said right
of way being 50 feet in width for a distance of 65 feet westerly from said
Greenport Harbor.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed from Albert Wilson
and Edna R. Wilson, his wife, dated 9/16/92 and recorded in Liber 9243 CP 372
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk .on 9/20/82.
TAX MAP Said premises also being known as 424 Fourth Street, Greenport, New York.
DESIGNATION
Dist. 1001 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
Blk. 06.00 the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment. of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
