Please be advised that the proposed location of the pool fence will require a further review by this office. Therefore, in accordance with the current Wetlands Code (Chapter 275) and the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area (Chapter 111 ) no permit is required. Please be advised, however, that no construction, sedimentation, or disturbance of any kind may take place seaward of the tidal and/or freshwater wetlands jurisdictional boundary or seaward of the coastal erosion hazard area as indicated above, or within 100' landward from the top of the bluff and/or wetlands jurisdictional boundary, without further authorization from the Southold Town Board of Trustees pursuant to Chapter 275 and/or Chapter 111 of the Town Code.
