Office on August 15,1967 as Map No.4923. -
Tax Mao THE Grantor reserve the right to the exclusive use and occupancy of the premises during the Grantor's lifetime
Designation and that of Grantor's spouse,with the Grantor to pay for all maintenance and repairs,water and sewer
charges,insurance charges,and taxes relating to said premises. Said life use shall be personal to Grantor and
Disr. Grantors spouse,and shall not be subject to assignment or lease,except as otherwise provided in this

and that of his spouse to any one or more of the issue of the Grantor,siblings of the Grantor,or issue of the
sec. Grantor's siblings,or the spouses or surviving spouses of any of the foregoing persons,with the term"issue'

power shall be exercisable or may be relinquished during the Grantor's lifetime by a deed to the Grantee herein

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed dated August 26,
1977 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the county of Suffolk on September 19,1977 in Liber 8309 page

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if anv'of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described pmerisca to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights ofthe party ofthe first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premius herein granted unto the party ofthe second pan,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second pan forever.
AND the party ofthe first pan covenants that the party ofthe first pan has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first Part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party ofthe
first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost ofthe improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost ofthe improvement before using any pan of the total of the Same for any other
purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if a read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
