New York 11944 (Josephine Corazzini acquired title as widow
of John Corazzini who died /14/70 and as devisee under his
Last Will and Testament which was probated in Surrogate ' s

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

of' Suffollif and State of New York, known and designated on a map filed
SECT. in the Office of the Cleric of Suffolk County as "Map of the Wiggins
6 Estate" , as lot number 145; said premises are bounded northerly by
Lot No. 146 formerly owned by Julius Boeram now of James B. Lindsay;
BLOCK easterly partley by Lot No. 93 and Lot No. 94 of the Wiggins Estates
3 now owned by Anna Corazzini and formerly of Thomas Jackson respectively;
southerly by Lot No. 144 of Wiggins Estate now owned by Maria Bartlett
LOT and westerly by Sixth Street; said premises being fifty (50) feet wide
10 by one hundred sixty-five (165) feet deep.
Subject to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $55,000.00 which
mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of the second part to
the party of the first part as security for a portion of the purchase
price and which said mortgage is intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
This conveyance is subject to Josephine Corazzini holding a life estate
during her lifetime and she shall have exclusive right of use, posses—
sion, control , occupation and enjoyment of the said premises conveyed
by this instrument .
