S . Land & Development Corp. and J.M. S . Land & Development Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc . , dated the 17th day of March, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716, at Page 16 .
