of the property to the north and to the west of the premises to be conveyed
hereunder, which property is currently owned by San Simeon Retirement Community,
Inc. The easement will be 20 feet in width and will run along the entire 329
foot front boundary of the Premises to be conveyed herein abutting Old Main Road.
TAX NIAP The Seller, its successors and assigns may enter upon said easement area, and
