BETWEEN NARY ANDRADE, as surviving tenant by the entirety, residing at 35

party of the first part, and JOSEPH SOITO, residing at (No #) Youngs Road, Orient,
New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideratioD
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinglliDtlOC near the Village of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, known
DISTRICT and designated as lot No. 61, on "Map of Washington Heights, Greenport, New York,"
1001 which map is made by Otto W. Van Tuyl and is on file in the office of the clerk of
Suffolk County, said lot is bounded northerly by Washington Avenue; easterly by lot
SECTION No. 62; southerly by land now or formerly of I.C. Wells and westerly by lot No. 60.
002.00 Lot No. 61 ,is fifty (50) feet wide, front and rear, one hundred thirty-four and
thirty-four hundredths (134.34) feet on the easterly boundary; and one hundred
BLOCK thirty-four and sixty-two hundredths (134.62) feet on the westerly boundary.
01.00 Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part,
of, in and to that portion of Washington Avenue lying adjacent to said premises to the

010.000 center line therof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated January 24, 1933, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk

of the County of Suffolk on June 6, 1933, in Liber ]716 at page 44.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with
the building and improvements thereon erected in and to the party of the first part,
MARY ANDR..DE, solely for the use and occupancy of said party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has-not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first'foi the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
