THIS INDENTURE, made the cW day of nineteen hundred and ninety-three,

New York 11901,

who died intestate on the 26 day of November nineteen hundred and ninety-two,
party of the first part, and TIMOTHY J . CAUFIELD, residing at (no Il) Peconic Bay Boulevard,
P. 0. Box 226, Laurel, New York 11948,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom letters
of administration were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on March 15, 1993, and by virtue of the power and authority given by Article I I of the
Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,

lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, more particularly bounded and described in SCHEDULE A annexed
hereto and made a part hereof.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also

ually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second

RUNNNING THENCE along lands now or formerly of Borrelli and
