Tom Quarty (General Contractor) stated that his excavator encountered no water when they excavated for the footings. Tom also said that the water you observed had collected in the holes from a sprinkler line leak and heavy rains. Therefore, the excavated areas have no water now and are OK for pouring of the footings. Please call this office if you have questions or require additional information.
