WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid jby the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL.that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County 9f Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 86 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at
Greenport, Section II" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on August 10, 1965 as Map No. 4426 .
Together with the use of the beach area as described in deed made
• by H.J.S . Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land & Development
Corp. to Eastern Shore, Inc. dated March 17, 1965 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716
page 16 and together with access thereto from the premises herein
described over Sound Drive . Together with -a right of way of ingress
�ts�• �oad. and egress to Middle Road over the roads shown on Map of Eastern
01,340 Shores at Greenport, Section 2 .
Said premises being the same conveyed to grantors herein by deed
from Charles Barkley and June Healy dated October 17, 1992,
recorded October 27, 1992 in Liber 11562 page 210 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all,the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
..HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid
