release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the

streets and roads abutting the above described pr~mises to the center lines thereof,

TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premiss herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or su~essors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
