Middle Road C.R. 27; running thence from said point or place of beginning
along land now or formerly of E. Meyer, North 42 degrees 05 minutes 50
seconds West 180. 13 feet to land now or formerly of Spyroapaulos and
Theophilos; thence along said last mentioned land, North 48 degrees 02
minutes 10 seconds East, 79. 06 feet to land now or formerly of A. Donahue;
thence along said last mentioned land South 42 degrees 05 minutes 50
seconds East, 175 . 88 feet to the northwesterly side of Middle Road C.R. 27,
thence along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of
1, 957 . 86 feet, a distance of 79.17 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated April 26, 1985 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on May 22, 1985 in Liber 9795 Page 48 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. '
