JACOBS, Trustee, under the provisions of a Trust Agreement and
a Declaration of Trust dated this day, and entitled THE MURRAY
JACOBS LIVING TRUST, whose post office address is 730 Aavport.

titles, interests, claims, and demands in and to a parcel of real
property situated at Arshmomoque, in the Town of Southold, the

feet more or less to a monument set on the southerly side of said

Grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed
dated 04/24/74 recorded 04/26/74 in liber 7627 cp 180.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and public utility and
highway easements contained in former instruments of record, if
any.
TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress in
common with others over the said right of way on which the
premises abut, from the northeasterly corner of said premises in
a; westerly direction out to Main Road,
SAVING, EXCEPTING AND RESERVING UNTO THE GRANTORS A LIFE
ESTATE IN THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY WITH FULL USE, CON-
TROL, INCOME AND POSSESSION OF SAID REAL PROPERTY DURING THE TERM
