WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate., lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and Slate of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a poim on the westerly side of New Suffolk Road, said point of beginning being
the southeast comer of the premises herein conveyed, which poim is distant 100,16 feet from the
comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Oak Road with the westerly aide of
New Suffolk Road;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along lands now or formerly of Orlowski, North 73 degrees 21
minutes West, 141.78 feet; '
RUNNING THENCE northerly along lands now or formerly of Failer, North 16 degrees 39
minutes East, 50.00 feet;
'RUNNING THENCE easterly along lands now or formerly of Wolbert, South 73 degrees 21
minutes East, 139.04 feet to the westerly side of New Suffolk Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of New Suffolk Road, South 13 degrees 30
minutes 40 seconds West, 50.08 feet to the land now or formerly or Orlowski, to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEiNG AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated July 22, 1999, and recorded August 6, 1999, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk
in Liber 11980, Page 931.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described prexrfises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the pray of the first part in and to said
premises;' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises heroin granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, excopt as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improve, merit
befog using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires,
