rside of Fourth Street, 200.00 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Kalbert;
THENCE South 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East, along said last mentioned land
and along land now or formerly of Miller, passing through a monument 446 feet to
the high water mark of Greenport Harbor as the same existed on October 8, 1874;

Greenport Harbor;
THENCE South 15 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West, 200.00 feet to a point in
Greenport Harbor;

mark'of-Greenport Harbor as the same existed on October 8, .1874;
