RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby appoints Kyle
Andresen as a Lifeguard (Ist year) for the 1992 summer season, effective immed-
iately, at a salary of $7.42 per hour.

Councilman Wickham, Councilman Penny, Justice Edwards, Supervisor Harris.
This resolution was declared duly ADOPTED;
27.-Moved by Justice Edwards, seconded by Councilman Wickham, it was
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of SouthoId hereby authorizes the
followin~ budcjet modification to the General Fund - Whole Town 1992 Budget to
appropriate Park & Recreation funds for the restroom facility at Southold Town

This resolution was declared duly ADOPTED.
28.-Moved by Councilwoman Hussie, seconded by Supervisor Harris, it was
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and
directs Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute an Indemnification Agreement between
the Town of Southold, Office for Women, and Women's Outreach Network, Inc.
for a Mammography Program to be conducted in the Women's Outreach Network,
Inc, van at the Southold Town Recreation Center property, Peconic Lane, Peconic,
on July 16, 1992, provided they file with the Town Clerk a One Million Dollar
Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Town of Southold as an additional
insured, and subject to the approval of the Town Attorney.
SUPERVISOR HARRIS:" There's a discussion on this first. Town Attorney Harvey
Arnoff had looked into this, and were you satisfied?
TOWN ATTORNEY ARNOFF: Satisfied with the agreement, and also the nature
of the insurance. There's no problem. They're covered.
SUPERVISOR HARRIS:. It's very important for the town, and I know you wanted
to make sure that it was put in the proper procedure.

29.-Moved by Justice Edwards, seconded by Councilman Wickham, it was
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby closes the metal
dump on Fishers Island effective Au.gust 1, 1992.

30.-Moved bY Supervisor Harris, seconded by Councilman Penny, it was
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of 5outhold hereby creates the Southold
Town Agricultural Advisory Committee, to consist of 12 members, who shall serve
a two (2) year term (~nitlal appointments shall be six (6) for one (1) year and
six (6) for two (2) years); the members to serve without compensation; and be
it further
RESOLVED that the Agricultural Advisory Committee is hereby created for the
following purpose: To advise the Town Board on matters related to the agricultural
industry in order to fully promote a viable agricultural Industry with Southold
Town.
