JONES residing at 48 The Birches, Roslyn, N.Y. party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known andel ignated as Lot No. 65 on a certain map entitled "Map of Peconi n states" , amended Map A and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on May 19 , 1933, as Map No. 1124, more particularly bounded and described according to said map as fol" ws : BE NNING at a point on the easterly side of Bayshore Road, distant 0 . 64 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of he easterly side of Bayshore Road with the northerly side of Island View Lane, said point also being where the division line between lots 65 and 66 on the aforesaid map intersects the easterly side of Bayshore Road; THENCE North 16 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West along the easterly side of Bayshore Road 50 feet to the division line between lots 64 and 65 on the aforesaid map; THENCE North 73 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds east along said division 142 feet to the high water mark of Peconic Bay; THENCE South 21 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds East along the high ,ater mark 50 . 16 feet to the division between lots 65 and 66 as foresaid; THENCE South 73 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds West along said �'D� division 146 feet to the easterly side of Bayshore Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
