Matteoni, his wife dated May 17, 2004 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on June 10, 2004 in Deed Liber 12324 at Page 210.
TOGETHER with all ~ght, title and interest, if any, of the parly of the first pad in and 1o said slreels and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the eslate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises
