of Southold, County of Suffolk and State oi~ New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 7 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property of G. Wells Phillips"l
surveyed by F.F. Overton, August 1909 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk November 6, 1909 as MaP No. 297, more particularly bounded and

BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument on the northerly side of Pine
Neck Road where the same is interseclion by the division line between Lot Nos. 6
and 7, as shown on the above referenced, said point of beginning also being
where the division line between the premises herein described and lands now or
formerly formed of Fred Ventrudo interesects the northerly side of Pine Neck
Road;
