THIS INDENTURE, made the 2nd day of July nineteen hundred and ninety—three::
BETWEEN JOAN RICHTER, residing at 214 Oak Street, Greenport, New York; and
ELIZABETH DAVIS, residing at 212 Oak Street, Greenport, New York
party of the first part, and
MYRON LEVITSKY, residing at 392 Central Park West, New York,
New York, 10025
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ii:ndx near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Front Street, distant 128.75 feet
easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Front Street with the easterly side of 9th Street;
RUNNING THENCE north 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds east along the southerly
side of Front Street, 33 feet;
THENCE south 0 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds west, 110.00 feet;
THENCE north 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds west, 33.00 feet;
THENCE north 0 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds east, 110.00 feet to the southerly
side of Front Street, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING. AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the parties of the first
peat by deed dated December 22, 1982 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
C:>rszy of Suffolk on January 11, 1983 in Liber 9297 at page 299 and by
correction deed dated February 8, 1983 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on February 11, 1983 in Liber 9313 at page 510.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.

1000 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
$m. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the partyof the
