The units have been installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and the approved construction drawing. I have determined that the installation meets the requirements of the 2007 NYS Building Code, and ASCE7-05, specific to the fastening of panels to the roof, to comply with the NYS code re: 120 mph winds.
