BEGINNING on the northerly side of a right of way 30 feet' in width, which said
right of way is hereinafter described, at a point in said northerly side distant
603.5 feet westerly measured along the northerly side of the right of way from
the westerly line of land formerly of Inez Fordham, running thence South 250
06' '40" West through the bed of said right of way and along land of'Lieblich
formerly of Yeaton, 111.46 feet to the bulkhead and waters of Greenport Harbor,
being the southerly line of land granted by a certain patent from the State
of New York to Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, New York, Inc.; thence
TAXMAP North 660 23' 10" West along said bulkhead 37.92 feet to land of Pope formerly
DESIGNATION of Clerke; thence North 250 06' 40" East along the last mentioned land and
