ate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :

SECTION On the South by Bridge Street, 47} feet; and
034 . 00 On the West by land of Joseph Raynor;1471 feet, be the said dimensions
more or less. Being the same premises conveyed by Charles M. Raynor
BLOCK to Edward Hardy by deed dated June 29 , 1920 , and duly recorded
03 . 00 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, in Liber
1001 of deeds at Page 101 on July 7, 1920 , and also to make the
LOT complete parcel herein conveyed, by another deed from Charles G.

and recorded January 3, 1910 in Liber 706 of deeds at page 219 ,
in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part' by deed from Pauline Ciupryk dated May 29 , 1990 ,
roust and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on November 27 ,
1991 , in Liber 11377 page 285 .

grant a legal life estate to the party of the second part, Pauline
Ciupryk.
