SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being near the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known as Lot No. 117, on Map of Eastern Shores at
Greenport, Section 4" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
March 7, 1966, as Map No. 4586 . 1 .
TOGETHER with beach rights and access thereto as described in grant
made by H.J. S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land &
Development Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc. , dated the 17th day of
March, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716, at Page 16 .
THE within conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage now a lien
upon both the within premises and upon other premises which are
also this day being conveyed by Susan Follari as Executrix to the
Trustee herein.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Gregorio Follari by Deed from
Joseph R. Sparacino dated May 1, 1981, recorded May 7, 1981, Liber
8999, Page 05 of the records of Suffolk County.
GREGORIO FOLLARI died a resident of Park Ridge, Bergen County, New
Jersey on August 30, 1991 .
